SB12 HFA Sponaugle 3-12 [Amends: SB12 HFIN 3-10 #1]

            Delegate Sponaugle moves to amend the amendment on page 4, section 4, subsection (f), by striking out the words “within thirty days of the day the employee should have received the amounts in dispute.” and inserting in lieu thereof, the words “thirty days prior to bringing suit.”
